Curry Fish Head Recipes and Cooking Tips

Curry Fish Head! A lot of people like but to cook a hot yet delicious curry fish head is not easy. Belows are the unforgettable simple and easy cooking tips of curry fish head. Woh.....Lets do it now!

(A) Ingredients :
  1. 500g whole fish head or cut into pieces
  2. 4 tablespoon cooking oil
  3. 1/2 cup thick cocunut milk
  4. 1 cup diluted cocunut milk
  5. 5 ladies fingers
  6. 1 tomato cut into 4 pieces
  7. 1 onion cut into 4 pieces
  8. 1 binjal cut into desire sizes
  9. 1 cucumber cut into desire sizes
  10. 2 pieces chilli cut into slices
  11. 2 stalks lemon grass

(B) Curry Paste :

  1. 2 tablespoon curry powder
  2. 8 stalks dried chilli
  3. 7 pieces shallots
  4. 2 pips garlic
  5. 1.4cm blachan
  6. Item 2 to 5 grind finely

Methods :

  • Heat a saucepan with cooking oil and fry curry paste over medium to high flame
  • Pour in diluted coconut milk
  • Turn to low flame, add in (A) Ingredients 5 to 11 and cook for about 15 minutes till it boils
  • Add iin fish head follow by thick coconut milk
  • When its started to boil, switch off flame
  • Add salt according to taste
  • Ready to be served with plain rice
