Oyster Sauce Fried Chicken with Vegetable Recipes and Making Tips

Today I am going to share with you recipes and making tips of Oyster Sauce Fried Chcken and Vegetable.

(A) Ingredient :
  1. 600g whole chicken
  2. 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  3. 7 slices of ginger
  4. 3 pips garlic cut into slices
  5. 5 pieces of dried mushroom
  6. 200g carrots cut into slices
  7. 100g cauliflower cut into small piece
  8. 1 can of button mushroom
  9. 1 big green pepper cut into slices
  10. 100g cow pea
  11. 1 stick of celery
  12. 2 pieces of red chilli
  13. 2 stalks spring onions cut into 5cm length

(B) Seasoning :

  1. 1 teaspoon salt
  2. 1/2 tablespoon thick soya sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon cornflour

(C) Sauce :

  1. 2 teaspoon cornflour
  2. 5 tablespoon water
  3. 1/2 tablespoon soya bean paste

Method :

  1. Clean and chop chicken into pieces, add seasoning "(C)". Marinate for 10minutes.
  2. Using the chicken fryer, add cooking oil and fry garlic and ginger till brown over medium flame.
  3. Add in chicken and fry for a few seconds. Then pour in vegetable (Ingredient (A) 5 to 8). Cover and cook for 5 minutes over low flame.
  4. Next, add in vegetable (Ingredient (A) 9 to 13. Stir evenly and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Lastly, add sauce (D). Mix well and switch off flame and dish is ready to be served.
