- 500g fresh prawns (shelled, deveined and wash in salt water)
- 2 tomatoes cut in wedges
- 2 large onions cut in slices
- 4 pips garlic
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- Tamrind Juice (1 teaspoon tamarind mixed with 4 tablespoons water)
- 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
- 4 tabnlespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Methods :
- Heat cooking oil in the saucepan and fry the garlic and onions for 3minutes over medium flame
- Add in chilli powder
- Add in tamarind juice and tomatoes
- Fry till forms on the surface
- Add in the prawns, thick coconut milk and salt to taste
- Bring to boil over low flame
- Continue cook for about 8 minutes
- Remove from fire and read to be serve
