(A) Chinese Cabbage with Fish Ball Soup
Ingredients :
- 2 pices of chicken bone
- 1 slice of dried squid
- 1 carrot cut in cube size
- 300g chinese cabbage
- 250gfish ball
Seasoning :
- Salt add to taste
- Gound pepper add to taste
Method :
- Boil one liter of water
- Add in chicken bones, dried squid and carrot.
- Continue stewing with high flame then switch to low flame forone hour
- Add in chinese cabbage, fish balls and seasoning
- Cook for another 10 minutes with highh flame
- Remove and ready to be serve
(2) Chicken Feet with Peanuts Soup
Ingredients :
- 250g peanuts
- 4 pairs of chicken feet
- 1 drumstick chopped into 2 pieces
- 4 black mushrooms
- 1 carrot cut to desire sizes
Seasoning :
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Method :
- Soak to soften peanuts with hot water for about 30 minutes
- Rinse and drain off water and set aside
- Soak to soften black mushrooms,drain off water
- Slow cooker fill with 2 bowls of water and pour in the peanuts and simmer for 2 hours
- Add in all others remaining ingredients and continue simmerfor another one hour
- The soup is now ready to serve
