- 1 whole chicken about 650g
- 180g tuna fish
- 225g canned mussels
- 1 small can of young peas
- 240g tomatoes
- 480g boled rice
- 1 onion
- 1 red paprika
- 1 green paprika
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salts and Pepper to taste
Cooking Tips :
- Wash the chicken and cut into small size.
- Heat up and brown on all sides of chicken.
- Add in tomatoes, onion, paprikas, cloves of garlic.
- Put the lid on, switch to smallest heat and cook for 40 minutes.
- Mix in the boiled rice, tuna fish, mussels and peas with meat, sprinkle pepper and salt on.
- Put the lid on and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour on olive oil and mix well to taste.
